Jeff Robinson, President and Chair of Board of Directors – Jeff is the co-owner of Blackhorse Pub & Brewery. Jeff and his wife, Sherri Robinson, opened the Pub in 1992 after he got out of the Army. In addition to owning and operating the Blackhorse, Jeff has developed over 100 houses/condos in downtown Clarksville.
Michelle Rogers, Vice President, Chair of Outreach and Education Committee – Michelle is a faculty member of The Center of Excellence for Field Biology at Austin Peay State University and the Coordinator of Healthy Yards Clarksville-Montgomery County, a program that promotes native plants and pollinator habitat. She has twenty years of experience in environmental outreach and education.
JoAnn McIntosh, Secretary and Chair of Volunteer Coordination Committee – JoAnn has been involved in environmental advocacy since attending the first Earth Day in 1970. As Chair of Sierra Club Clarksville-Montgomery County, the group has helped the community establish a city Sustainability Board, develop its Healthy Yards program, advise the county on its 20-Year Comprehensive Plan, and partner with local schools and Austin Peay State University on a variety of sustainability issues. She and husband Doug have lived in Montgomery County for 40 years on a “little piece of heaven” with plenty of huggable trees.

Wes Powell, Planning and Planting Committee Chair – Wes is the Director of Landscape and Grounds at Austin Peay State University and the curator of the Austin Peay Arboretum. He has been in the landscape industry, both in the private and public sector for 20+ years. He is a former member and Chairman of the Clarksville Tree Board (2017-2022). He is passionate about nature and the many ways in which people and communities interact with it and benefit from it.
Marshall Duncan – Marshall Duncan is an Architect and Partner at Lyle Cook Martin Architects. With 27 years of experience as an architect in Clarksville, he has designed and developed numerous projects across the city of Clarksville and surrounding areas.

Beverly Guinn – Beverly Guinn is Vice-President of Projects with the Montgomery County Master Gardeners Association. As a twenty-year member, she has served as Secretary and Vice-President of Programs. Beverly has shared her love of nature and the value of trees to many young learners as a retired elementary teacher for CMCSS and as a life-long resident of Montgomery County. As DAR Conservation Chair, she writes a column for members encouraging good stewardship of our natural resources, especially trees.
